Many of these projects involve working within live environments and as such careful planning and segregation between works areas and pupils is paramount. Our carefully detailed specifications and phased programming ensures that the contractor will safely carry out their work on time and on budget.

We are commissioned as M&E services consultants working within a multi-discipline design team which includes, Project Managers, architects, QS’s and structural engineers, or we are appointed as principal consultants providing all the above services.

M&E services ranged from £50,000 to £350,000 for schools.
