London Canary Wharf – International Exhibition Centre – Complete overhaul of previous Client’s maintenance agreement. New Agreement achieved saved 10% annual cost savings as well as integrating other Client’ benefits such as reduced energy consumption saving and free rectification of on-going latent defects.
Central London – International Private Equity Company – Set up Client’s maintenance agreement with successful contractor following completion of 3-floor design and implementation fit-out project.
