  • ‘Business critical’ facilities M&E design, specification, bid adjudication and site supervision (we have over a million square feet of data centre and other business critical facility design, operation and management experience with a total value in excess of £50million).
  • Condition surveys and system resilience audit reporting
  • Detailed and informative feasibility cost studies
  • Lighting consultancy

Representing the client on all aspects of engineering advisory matters including:

  • Procurement of ‘after-care’ services
  • Responding to the client’s day-to-day M&E helpdesk matters
  • Compiling the client’s technical brief for design-build project’s
  • Watching brief, quality auditing other consultants and contractors work
  • Contractor selection adjudication
  • CDM Co-ordinator duties

Strategic Facilities Management

Strategic advice on the operation and maintenance management of the M&E services including but not necessarily limited to:

  • Compiling building expenditure budgets
  • Advising and reporting on cost-effective FM maintenance contracts
  • Improving occupant comfort, reducing energy costs and better ‘future-proofing’ client’s facilities and estates
  • Post occupancy building services evaluations
  • Health and safety auditing
  • Space planning

Project Management

  • Compiling the client’s brief, feasibility cost studies and contingency planning
  • Carry out risk analysis, establish contract procurement routes, aims and strategies.
  • Make presentation to the client/board
  • Prepare quality and safety plans
  • Select organisation structure
  • Obtain local authority planning approval and government grants etc
  • Project start up and control, reporting and change control
  • Procuring O&M documentation
  • Closure to the client satisfaction.
