Global Bank Central London – Private Banking Fit-out Project.
350m2 fit out. Lighting comprised, full LED lighting and DALI Dimmable controls, fully integrated with the Crestron AV system. Project won LEED Silver accreditation. M&E cost £400,000
Central London – University students bar, entertainments area and office fit-out project. 800m2 M&E Lighting Cost £500,000.
Central London and Canary Wharf – Commissioned on a number of prestigious fit out projects, each requiring low energy quality lighting solutions. Lighting project cost £15k to £200,000.
Other lighting Projects completed included prestigious residential properties and Heritage buildings requiring lighting consultancy expertise.
